{"id":319,"date":"2016-03-23T10:23:16","date_gmt":"2016-03-23T10:23:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/karnavidyafoundation.org\/testing\/?p=319"},"modified":"2016-03-23T10:23:16","modified_gmt":"2016-03-23T10:23:16","slug":"awareness-campaigns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/karnavidyafoundation.org\/about\/2016\/03\/23\/awareness-campaigns\/","title":{"rendered":"Awareness campaigns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><u>The World Heart Day<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the Slogan <em>\u201cHave a Healthy Heart and Wealthy Thoughts\u201d<\/em>, Drishti members celebrated the World Heart Day on the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of September 2013.<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Though the day is celebrated each year on 29<sup>th<\/sup> September, the club decides to celebrate it on the 28<sup>th<\/sup> for the club\u2019s strong arm KVTC was inaugurated on that day.<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the guests were given the Pamphlets that highlights the steps to take for maintaining a healthy heart.<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the inauguration function, RTR Venkatesh studying in 3<sup>rd<\/sup> B.A. spoke about the importance of heart and the measures to be taken to preserve a healthy Heart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><u>International Peace Day<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">They say <em>\u201cMachines that men made, have made men Machines!\u201d<\/em>\u00a0It is this scenario that prevails in this hustle and bustle world.\u00a0The result is, Man loses his peace of mind and ruins himself.<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to create awareness about the essentialness of Peace and bring in Harmony among each other, the club celebrates International Peace Day on 21<sup>st<\/sup> of September 2013.<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drishti members distributed around 200 Pamphlets at RR Towers 3 and Guindy Bus Stand, highlighting the significance of Peace and Brotherhood. There was a good response from the public.
